The program
Day by dayDay of arrival
Welcome, installation. Welcome drink and, before dinner, presentation of the week.
During your stay
When you return, your first Yoga session: Hatha yoga to soften deep tissues and reconnect with yourself, start the wellness week gently.
Tuesday - Rougon and Point Sublime. The village of Rougon is nestled at the foot of the remains of its medieval castle, camped on its rocky outcrop overlooking the Verdon Gorges. You stroll at leisure in this Provençal village, discover its town hall and its bell tower, its gallows, the last remains of gas lighting. In the afternoon, you do your second Yin Yoga session. 5 hours of walking. 400 m of positive altitude difference.
Wednesday - the Martel Trail, the unforgettable day in the Gorges with the unmissable Martel Trail which plunges into the depths of the gorges thanks to spectacular metal ladders followed by dark tunnels, to go up to the light of the aptly named Belvedere of Point Sublime and the Provençal village of Rougon, flown over by vultures. 5 to 6 hours of walk. Height difference: + 400 m. If you wish, you can benefit from a Yoga session for recovery after sport.
Thursday - Morning yoga session before breakfast to wake you up gently. Then electric bike ride. You travel the unmissable Route des Crêtes by electric bike, a 23 km loop with numerous belvederes overlooking the Verdon. Course accessible to all.
In the early afternoon, you leave to visit the magnificent village Moustiers (ranked among the most beautiful villages in France) by an aerial path above the roofs, to then climb a narrow and deep ravine to the magnificent Roman road. This path takes you back to your starting point, following a daring course of hairpin bends over the lake, then you go back down to Lake Sainte-Croix. If you wish, you can benefit from a Yoga session for recovery after sport.
Friday - Chateauneuf les Moustiers. On the program, your guide offers you a stroll to the abandoned village of Châteauneuf-les-Moustiers, an ideal stop for a panoramic picnic on the Montdenier massif, on the heights of Verdon and the Mourres sector. Châteauneuf-les-Moustiers was abandoned at the beginning of the 20th century. Its remaining remains are impressive in their size and number. This stop is followed by a Vinyasa Yoga session on the terrace of Châteauneuf les Moustiers. 3 hours of walking. 300 m of positive altitude difference.
The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.
Last day
End of the stay and departure of the UCPA bus at 10:00am, for Aix-en-Provence TGV station in the morning for arrival at 12:30.
Possibility for people in a car to enjoy Lake Sainte-Croix (canoe, pedal boat).

The Verdon Regional Natural Park extends over nearly 180,000 hectares and its river goes from Saint-André-les-Alpes to Vinon-sur-Verdon. A wild area where fauna and flora are preserved. Whether you are a fan of hiking, climbing or mountain biking, everything is done for you to have a delicious time. During your activities, admire this majestic space populated by birds of prey. A cultural and sporting heritage awaits you.

If you organize your transport yourself, the fixed price for the station/sports village there and back is 60 euros.

The climate in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence allows you to enjoy breakfast and dinner mainly on the terrace. At noon, you have a picnic at the activity site. Bring your water bottle.
