Monday: A first morning to test everyone's level and for a first approach to the week's playground. A 10 km trail outing with 550m D+
...
In the afternoon, it is the muscles that will contract and gain weight, a training circuit specific to the preparation of a mountain trail with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Tuesday: Day hike-trail outing, with the ascent of the peak of Port Vieux 2723m. On the left Spain, on the right France, the view is magnificent. Here, it is common to observe herds of isards, the chamois of the Pyrenees! An outing of 20 km 1500m D+

Wednesday: KV? Vertical kilometer! Let's go, “straight up the hill”! Get out your sticks and legs, they will be useful. The objective is to develop your technique uphill and learn to manage your effort uphill (cardio, speed, feeling).
In the afternoon it's time to rest! We analyze your strides, we discuss training planning. Do you have an exam to prepare? We plan the main lines of your next trail. And we end the afternoon with 2 hours of access to a balneo.
In the evening? And yes, we come out again and this time with the headlamps! A first steep part then we arrive on the ridges at sunset discreetly to observe the wildlife that comes out of the forest. A magnificent view over the valley with the illuminated villages. Then a rolling descent in the light of our headlamps.

Thursday: Full day hike-trail outing! A day with sublime landscapes thanks to its numerous lakes. Another ascent to 2715m, Pic du Bastan with some vertiginous passages, we will use our hands to finish the ascent. Once at the top, the 360° is incredible with a view of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Pic du Néouvielle and a view of more than 10 lakes. A memorable day. 22 km 1300m D+

Friday: Last day, the aches are very present but we continue the adventure! Wild day at the Lacs de Consaterre, marmots are present there! Depending on the level of the group and the conditions, we can go as far as the peak of Thou. 16 km 1300 m D+
