Reception and distribution of accommodation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. In case of later arrival, please inform the sports village.

Oxygenation walk at 11 am. An activity will be offered to you to get to know your group at 3 pm.
Opening meeting at 6 pm followed by a welcome drink.

If you purchased the option that arrived the day before, please come to the sports village on Saturday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
If you think you are arriving late, contact the center to get the code for the entrance doors, an envelope will be waiting for you at the reception.

During your stay

Monday - Morning hike on the Bez botanical trail which will tell you the most beautiful stories about the wild flora of the massif.

Afternoon, you do your first yoga session.

Tuesday - Morning yoga session.
Afternoon hike in the Serre-Chevalier valley with the Col du Granon which welcomes you, with its unique panorama over the entire region (D+550m/D-550m) or the Cime des Conchiers in Monêtier Les Bains.

Wednesday - Lazy morning or pool or optional activity (with supplement, subject to availability).
In the afternoon, you head to the Monêtier baths to recharge your batteries. You will go for a swim in the natural hot springs.

Thursday morning - After a drop off at the Vallois tunnel, you walk along Chemin du Roy where ibex and marmot are waiting for you. You go back down to Monêtier les Bains. D+ 400m D- 700m.
Afternoon, yoga session.

Friday - Morning yoga session.
Afternoon, from the village of Saint-Chaffrey, discover the heights of Briançon, follow the guide to discover the fortified city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Not to mention the Asfeld bridge, which alone makes this site famous.
Height difference: + 300 m.

The Serre Chevalier sports village is located at the heart of the practice sites. The rooms are functional and comfortable. They have 4, 5 or 6 beds, with showers and private sinks.

Possibility to book a room for 2 at the time of registration (with supplement), only for stays of 7 days.
