Are mountains and trail running your two main passions? So this week will meet all your expectations. Trailer experience required. Strengthening and plyometric workshops, foot pose, video, video, hiking, vertical kilometer... are on the program of this explosive stay.
A sports program composed of races and brisk walks, all in a privileged mountain setting on the Serre Chevalier trails. You are supervised, advised and motivated by a professional trail and athletics instructor. 10 sessions (in the form of 5 continuous days) on courses ranging from 10 to 30 km and from 400 m to 1,400 m in altitude.
Every day, at the end of the session, stretching, exchanges on equipment (alti, cardio, electro stimulator), physical preparation, diet. Here's to a great week ahead!

The program

Day of arrival

Reception and distribution of accommodation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. In case of later arrival, please inform the sports village.

Oxygenation walk at 11 am. An activity will be offered to you to get to know your group at 3 pm.
Opening meeting at 6 pm followed by a welcome drink.

If you purchased the option that arrived the day before, please come to the sports village on Saturday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
If you think you are arriving late, contact the center to get the code for the entrance doors, an envelope will be waiting for you at the reception.

During your stay

Monday - In the morning, make contact and run with little difference in altitude to get in shape. 15 km. Height difference: + 400 m/- 800 m.

Afternoon, strengthening and plyometric workshops, foot pose work, video, notions of HRmax (Maximum Heart Rate).

Tuesday - Hike to Lake Arsine. 20 km.
Height difference: + 600 m/- 1100 m

Wednesday - Vertical kilometer in the direction of Combeynot or technical workshops (use of sticks, running downhill, etc.)
A lazy afternoon, a well-deserved rest

Thursday - Departure for 2 days.
A nice crossing in the Cerces Massif
Departing from Mônétier, head for Alpe du Lauzet. We gain altitude by passing through the Grand Lac and then the Col de la Ponsonnière. Then direction the Clarée Valley via the Cols then the Lac des Béraudes in the direction of the Riccou Refuge.
Night in a refuge
23,5 km/D+ 2000m

Friday - Direction the Buffère refuge then Lac and Porte de Cristol before going up to Grand Aréa, the highest point of the day.
Return to Mônétier by taking the Chemin du Roy.
23 km. Height difference: + 1100 m

The Serre Che Valley is a pure paradise for mountain sports. Between glaciers, cliffs, hiking trails, lakes and rivers, mountain biking single tracks... the Ecrins massif, the Clarée valley, the Cerces massif, a little further the Queyras... the Durance and Guil rivers... in short, it is a summary of nature to discover or improve your skills in mountain activities. The Serre Chevalier sports village is located at the heart of the practice sites. The rooms are functional and comfortable. They have 4, 5 or 6 beds, with showers and private sinks.
