Reception on Sundays from 10 am and if possible before 5 pm. Installation in the rooms and reception of sports equipment.

Before the welcome meeting at 6 p.m., you can enjoy the swimming pool in the sports village or its proximity to the village of Argentière.

If you purchased the “arrival before” option, please show up at the Argentière sports village between 5 pm and 7 pm on Saturday.

If you arrive after these hours, please ask for the code in advance by email at: argentiere@ucpa.asso.fr
Access to the sports village is closed from 9 pm on Saturdays and Sundays and from 7 pm on other days.

During your stay

Monday - Morning: Contact and acclimatization with a course with very little difference in altitude.
During the day: 15 km and altitude difference: +/- 500 m.

Tuesday - Hike race in the Aiguilles Rouges followed by a pole workshop (ascent and descent technique).
During the day: 15km and Height difference: + 1200 m -600

Wednesday - Hike to the Aiguilles de Chamonix. 15 km. Height difference: +/- 1200 m

Thursday - Full day hike.
25 km. Height difference: + 1800 m/- 1500 m

Friday - Hike or vertical kilometer. 15 km. Height difference: +/- 1200 m

Every day, a stretching session and exchanges on equipment (altitude, cardio, electro stimulator), physical preparation and diet.

Attention: Check that you have the required level for the stay. UCPA will not always be able to offer another program.

The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.

Last day

Saturday - Free time with the possibility of visiting the chalet in the Aiguilles Rouges reserve or visiting Chamonix (on your own, free bus).

During the summer season, it attracts a large number of trailers from around the world. Among the selected courses, choose the one adapted to your performance to run in the heart of mountain ranges. Enjoy nature, forests, valleys, streams and other meadows. Thanks to “trail running”, discover splendid landscapes allowing you to recharge your batteries or to prepare for your next race.

- Something to relieve headaches and aches
- What to relieve insect bites
Ask your doctor and pharmacist for advice and think that you will have to go to your pharmacy, so bring only the minimum necessary.
