Expérience/Spot d'exception You are passionate about enduro, cross country mountain biking. Practice your favorite sport in the Verdon National Natural Park. It offers numerous “Single Tracks” alternating balconies, ridges and long descents. We drop you off at the top of the most beautiful descents of the Gorges for one or two days to introduce you to enduro mountain biking. Course of 40km per day and about 900m of altitude difference, expert mountain biking level.THE BEST OF THE PRODUCT

The program
Day by dayDay of arrival
Shuttle to Aix-en-Provence TGV at 11 am.
Welcome, installation. Cold meal in the sports village before leaving for activity at 3 pm.

During your stay
D2 - La Palud, Chateauneuf, les Bondils, les Bondils, Col des Abbes, the foot of the Pavillon, Venascle, return to La Palud by the Belgian track.
Day 4 - Castellanne, Suech Plateau, Les Michels, Chateauneuf, La Palud.
The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.
Last day
End of the stay and departure of the UCPA bus for Aix en Provence TGV station at 2.30 pm.

Verdon Mountain Bike Regional Park
A stunning nature lulled by the canyons
Straddling the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Var, the Verdon Regional Park extends over more than 188,000 hectares of greenery and canyons. The Verdon brings together numerous architectural treasures. It is the perfect place for cycling and mountain biking activities between long walks in the heart of lavender trails and single walks down the peaks. The Verdon is one of the most beautiful mountain biking spots in France.

From Aix-en-Provence, take the highway in the direction of Sisteron, exit at Manosque and follow Valensole Riez, Moustier la Palud.
You are coming by train
UCPA shuttle: Aix-en-Provence TGV/La Palud/Aix-en-Provence TGV. Contact the sports village for departure and arrival times.
If you organize your transport yourself, the fixed price for the station/sports village there and back is 60 euros.
Mandatory registration at the sports village 3 days in advance on verdon@ucpa.asso.fr

- Enough to relieve headaches and aches.
Seek advice from your doctor and pharmacist.

You practice mountain biking intensively and you can maintain an effort of one hour at a high/vigorous intensity (fairly rapid breathing, significant perspiration).
Level of expertise
You are an experienced rider, you ride regularly. You want to discover new sites and/or improve your riding and mountain biking skills. You are able to do a canter, take a steep turn, a hairpin turn, an overhang, do a bunny up, perform small jumps, and go down a high step. You drive safely at a steady speed. You ride on red and black courses.
Mountain bike level: Biker 2 and 3
You practice mountain biking intensively and you can maintain an effort of one hour at a high/vigorous intensity (fairly rapid breathing, significant perspiration).

The climate in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence allows you to enjoy breakfast and dinner mainly on the terrace. At noon, you have a picnic at the activity site. Bring your water bottle.
