Lac des Naves
Refreshing stop in the heart of Belledonne
A landmark for hikers in the Belledonne massif in Isère, Lac des Naves is a charming place for a break or a bivouac at the Chalet de la Fouetterie. In the hollow of a natural valley at 2,090 m above sea level, under the Pointe de l'Église, this small mountain lake is a stopover between the source of Léat and the Lac Tout Blanc of Grande Valloire. It can be reached from the village of Gleyzin by going up the eponymous valley, rich in magnificent waterfalls. This hike without technical difficulty allows you to gently enjoy the mountains in the Alps.
