The Phoenicians were the first to arrive on the island of Mozia. They fortified it by building a wall all around it, houses, shops and a small port. Today, few remains are still visible.
Protected by the lagoon, excluded from major tourist circuits, Mozia was the largest and most prestigious of the Phoenician colonies. Connected to the mainland by a road at the water's edge, now completely submerged, you can still see the traces.

Friday: Zingaro Reserve
You leave by minivan for the day for a hike in the Zingaro Natural Park. Formerly home to small farming villages. Today, the reserve is one of the most popular places to admire superb panoramas of the sea and to alternate between swimming and snorkeling breaks in coves, each more beautiful than the last.
In view of the summer heat, a day in Scopello may be more suitable.

Saturday: Erice and Trapani
You leave by minivan to visit the city Erice, located at an altitude of 750m, which dominates western Sicily. It is a medieval town where you can get lost in the cobbled streets steeped in history.
Pack lunch at noon then on the way to Trapani, a modern city, at the edge of the water that will open you to current life in Sicily.

Take advantage of this free day to visit Palermo, (optional). Or take the time to recharge your batteries by the pool.

Palermo, capital of Sicily, dazzles with its cultural diversity and rich heritage. The city skilfully blends Arab, Norman, and Baroque influences, visible in its stately palaces such as the Palazzo dei Normanni. Palermo Cathedral, a mixture of architectural styles, is a testimony to its eventful history. Lively markets, like the famous Mercato di Ballarò, captivate the senses with their colorful stalls and authentic Sicilian flavors.


Monday: Visit to the temple in an amphitheater in Segeste
Departure by minivan to reach Segestre. you are at the heart of Greek mythology with the remains of this temple and amphitheater. If you pay attention to the place you will find traces of a Norman castle, a chapel, a mosque... which traces the multicultural aspect of this island in the heart of the Mediterranean.


Tuesday: the Favignana Islands
You join the Marsala pier to embark for the islands.
Relaxing and snorkeling day in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
We reserve a bike for you to discover the island. (Possibility to take the mini bus instead of the bike)
