The program

Day by day

Day of arrival

Day 1:
Reception on Sundays between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Presentation of the village and the team, installation in the tents.
...
In the evening, a lively evening to get to know each other.

If you purchased the option that arrived the day before, please come to the sports village on Saturday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

During your stay

Each week, your child will alternate between surfing sessions supervised by surfing professionals and entertainment sessions.
...
The surfing sessions take place in the morning or in the afternoon.

Day 2:
After a good breakfast, your child joins the surfshop at the sports village, camp or partner center possibly. A surf instructor helps your child find the board that fits their style, level, goals and practice plan.
The wave pro also explains to him how to properly carry his board and gives him an overview of the practice environment to face the waves with confidence.
Beginners and the less experienced go back to the basics: putting the board in the water, discovering how to glide first flat on your stomach pushed by a wave close to the edge...
For children who have a little more experience on the board and on the waves, the instructor gives them all the tips to choose the right wave and catch it at each attempt.
In the afternoon, he will take advantage of the low tide to look for shells, starfish or even small crabs during a session to discover the marine environment.

Day 3:
Today his instructor explains to him how to get up on the board. The “Take Off” soon had no secrets for him. To warm up, he will first repeat this technical gesture on the beach before experimenting with it in the water. Depending on his level of practice, he will perform this movement in one time or in several steps.
The position of the body, the feet on the board or the look are the most important technical gestures to progress.

Wednesday: Your child will take advantage of the morning to sleep in, chill out, participate in big games or even stroll in the nearest small village.
After lunch, he will meet his instructor who will give you all the right tips for choosing the direction with the associated actions on the board. He will learn to manage his efforts to “last” in the water and get as little tired as possible.

Day 4:
That's it your child is more and more comfortable in the water. He watches the waves like Kelly Slater. He's waiting for the right timing to row and get up on the board. The sensations of gliding give him a feeling of freedom and well-being. For insiders and experts, his instructor will explain to him how to take a direction in a wave according to its “open” side. Let's go for Surfing on the “Back Side” and on the “Front Side”.
In the afternoon, he will participate in a big game on the beach.

Day 5:
Your child will wake up feeling incredibly motivated. It's his last surfing day of the week.
The objective for the day is clear. He wants to do a series of runs and waves to make the most of them and implement all the exercises of the week. Your instructor gives him nice demonstrations in the water and is with your child to give him the latest personalized advice.
After lunch, your child will enjoy these last moments of swimming in the sea or in the pool.

Last day

Day 7:
Luggage preparation and tent storage.
End of the stay on Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm.

...
Please contact the sports village directly for any unforeseen events.
