Welcome to the Gorges du Verdon! Here, our favorite sport is cooked almost exclusively with “Single Tracks” sauce alternating balconies, ridges and beautiful descents.
A simple formula to discover a region. Generally easy trails, but it is also possible to take old shepherds' passages, which are steeper. The approach will be gradual to allow you to access the most secret places of this nature, which expresses all its power in these places. The right choice if you want to get ahead in your mountain biking apprenticeship.

Day by day

Day of arrival

Meet at the sports village at 12:30.
Shuttle to Aix-en-Provence TGV at 11 am.
Welcome, installation. Cold meal in the sports village before leaving for activity at 3 pm.

Presentation of the week, the program, technical contribution and discovery of the surroundings of the village of La Palud on tracks and singles tracks.

During your stay

D2 - La Palud, Châteauneuf, les Bondils, les Bondils, Les Michels, Rougon, Pont de Carajuan (return by road or by shuttle)

D3 - La Palud, Vénarelle track, GR4, descent on the Belgian track, descent to Moustiers Sainte Marie by the FFC track, Lac de St Croix return shuttle.

Day 4 - La Palud, Châteauneuf, les Chauvets, les Chauvets, Col des Abbès, Col des Abbès, Portal de Blieux, Descent to Chauvets, La Palud to Verdon.

The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.

Last day

Day 5 - La Palud, col de la Croix de Châteauneuf, Pinet, Route des Crêtes, return to La Palud with the singles tracks.

End of the stay and departure of the UCPA bus for Aix en Provence TGV station at 2.30 pm.

Verdon Mountain Bike Regional Park

A stunning nature lulled by the canyons

Straddling the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Var, the Verdon Regional Park extends over more than 188,000 hectares of greenery and canyons. The Verdon brings together numerous architectural treasures. It is the perfect place for cycling and mountain biking activities between long walks in the heart of lavender trails and single walks down the peaks. The Verdon is one of the most beautiful mountain biking spots in France.
