Expérience/Coaching SportThis trip consists of 10 horseback riding sessions, two sessions per day. You take your first steps on horseback under the watchful eye of experienced instructors and at the end of the week you complete a course composed of tricks and obstacles adapted to your level of rider.
Open to beginners and gallop riders 1 (we walk, we trot, we gallop a few strides and we are introduced to the obstacle) A unique program to discover horseback riding or get back on horseback. 2 riding sessions per day.

During your sessions, you will discuss:
The pony/horse its functioning (behavior, observables), the way to prepare it (saddle, restrain, put on the halter), the safety rules on foot and on horseback (distances, protections, positioning).

The discovery of balance by step, learning to trot slowly, steer on wide curves and speed management (stopping, stepping).
The straightening of the chest, the lowering of the leg and the unhooking to learn to sit up. The flexibility of the lower joints and the openness of the knee to learn to balance.
The possibility to choose your favorite pony/horse.
Managing your efforts, tips for creating a quality relationship with your pony/horse.
We will entrust you with a pony/horse that corresponds to your character, your level, your objectives and your project.
We will give you the keys to enable you to make the right decisions and the best position to progress more comfortably.
We will explain to you how a pony/horse works and make you able to adapt to each one.
We invite and train you in group vigilance and attention to those around you in order to awaken your senses to a collective practice rich in progress and pleasures on pony/horse.
You will ride a pony/horse every day, morning and/or afternoon.

It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.

Riders in the middle of nature
In the Fontainebleau forest, 60 km south of Paris, the Bois-le-Roi equestrian center offers 75 hectares of green spaces, a lake and a range of activities in a unique environment surrounded by nature. Dressage, show jumping, cross country, walks and sports courses are in particular offered in the center's facilities. These include 2 careers, 3 rides, a cross course, a pony club, a stable of 40 trained horses of all sizes and a club house to relax. The TREC course allows direct access to the forest.

Rooms with 3 to 4 beds including 1 bed on the mezzanine. 1 dormitory with 12 beds.
