This program is intended for beginners or participants who have already had a small experience on rope in a mountain activity.
This program is intended for beginners or participants who have already had a small experience on rope in a mountain activity.
It is mandatory to know how to swim.
It is a course with a smooth progression: two first introduction canyons to get used to the environment, and work on a rope as well as in the water. Then we will spend the rest of the stay in canyons for a day, where we will refine the technique, then finish in Fleur Jaune, the most difficult of the stay.
The 2 hikes are for their part easy, lasting 4 to 5 hours each, and allow the discovery of two points of view in two very different wild regions. We also do not neglect the cultural dimension with a few visits, but also by discovering the fauna, flora, history and geology of the island.
Electricity: The current used is 220 volts. Same sockets as in France.
