Our pedagogy is based on collective energy and action. It aims at individualized support in order to make you progress and succeed.

We therefore favour exchanges and practical situations: teamwork, collective feedback, case studies, debates/forums, role plays,... Everyone is involved in carrying out the training through their practice, analysis and reflection.
The theory is introduced in a fun way. It is enriched by the story of the experiences of the trainers.
The contents covered throughout the general training prepare you for the various roles and functions of the facilitator:

The session director is an animator/instructor holding a B.A.F.D. (Brevet d'Aptitude aux functions de Directeur) or an equivalent diploma specializing in B.A.F.A.
training.
