Everyone is involved in carrying out the training through their practice, analysis and reflection. The theory is brought in a fun way. It is enriched by the story of the experiences of the trainers.
The contents covered throughout the general training prepare you for the various roles and functions of the facilitator:
discovery of the different types of activities: big games, evenings, evenings, songs, manual activities, expression,...
knowledge of the child: needs by age group, type of possible activities, possible activities, adolescent behavioursmanagement of collective and daily life: individualized follow-up of the child, conflict management

techniques for looking for a practical internship: procedures, how to write a resume, a cover letter, pass an interview.
The training schedules are as follows:
Arrival day: 18h-19h; 20h30-22h
Next days: 9h-12h30; 14h-19h; 20h30-22h

The session director is an animator/instructor holding a B.A.F.D. (Brevet d'Aptitude aux functions de Directeur) or an equivalent diploma specializing in B.A.F.A.The other trainers are B.A.F.A.
(or B.A.F.D.) animators, state-certified sports instructors, members of the UCPA Formation pool of trainers.
