The reservation is made exclusively on the internet.
The Customer is committed as of the receipt of the confirmation email.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the
consumption paragraph 12, the right of withdrawal
does not apply for the provision of services
accommodation. The Customer will therefore not be able to
exercise a right of withdrawal and request a
refund of his reservation.

No cancellations can be made by the
Customer less than 48 hours before the start of the stay.
Example: For a one-night reservation from
Saturday to Sunday, the cancellation must reach
UCPA no later than Thursday before 15:00. Beyond this
delay, no refund will be made. All

or by a simple click on the button below.

UCPA may be exceptionally constrained
cancel the stay in case of force majeure and/or
in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances. The customer will be informed of the cancellation by
UCPA as soon as possible. In case of cancellation of the reservation, UCPA will refund the
have already been paid. Apart from this refund, this cancellation does not entitle you to any
compensation in any capacity whatsoever.
