In the heart of the Marina, between the famous Espiguette beach, windsurfing and catamaran spots, the UCPA opens its doors to make everyone experience nautical holidays rich in sensations!
Port-Camargue is the first marina in Europe, it is nestled in the bay of Aigues-Mortes between the immense beach of Espiguette and the traditional fishing port of Grau du Roi, now renowned for its multiple light sailing spots: Windsurf, Kitesurf, Catamaran...
The UCPA of Port-Camargue has been equipped for more than 20 years to provide all apprentice navigators, riders or experts with adapted and quality equipment.
Located at the sea school, completely rebuilt in 2017 to best meet the needs of trainees, the sports village is open to the sea and the port and adjoining the nautical base. It faces the catamaran and Optimist slipway, the UCPA pontoon to reach the kitesurfing spots by boat, and is located 200 meters from the North Beach (windsurfing spot) and in the immediate vicinity of shops.

Located in the bay of the famous Camargue city of Aigues-Mortes, the sports village, completely renovated, offers pleasant comfort with its rooms for 2 to 5 people, located on the first floor of the building and very bright.
All the collective spaces open onto a patio ideal for relaxing and on a sports field with a beach volleyball court. Also take advantage of the covered dining room and its shaded terrace.
The center is also open to the sea and the port and adjacent to the nautical base to practice without wasting time.

The UCPA sports village in Port Camargue Ecole de Mer is ideally located between the huge beach of Espiguette and the traditional fishing port of Grau du Roi, facing the pontoon to reach the practice spots by boat and 200 m from the North Beach.
Very well equipped, the sports village provides all apprentice navigators, riders or experts with adapted and quality equipment. The nautical base is very equipped with catamarans, windsurfing and Stand-Up Paddleboards, optimists, kite wings and foils, but also a fleet of 27 motor boats to secure the courses.

During our stays, everything is designed to encourage exchanges, good times and a spirit of openness. We attach as much importance to collective life and entertainment as to sports activities.
Our teams organize numerous moments devoted to relaxation, games, learning about sports, discovering nature and respecting the environment.
The “Kid's zone” for 6-11 year olds - A place dedicated to the relaxation of your children and designed for their comfort. At any time, they can come and read a comic, play a game with their friends, chat comfortably...
It is the “quiet time” corner for children where everyone finds happiness!
The outings of 11-13 year olds
All outings outside the sports village are exclusively accompanied and after agreement of the stay director. Very limited autonomy times can be offered in small groups, in an appropriate and restricted space, allowing visual surveillance.
The outings of 13-17 year olds
Unaccompanied outings can be considered in the small shopping center adjacent to the sports village. They are integrated into the educational project of the stay. These outings are the subject of a project presented by the young people. They are not an acquired right and may be refused by the director for security reasons. During limited time slots, after validation of the purpose of the trip by the director of stay, young people are required to go out in groups of at least three. Before leaving, they fill in an exit book on which are specified the place, destination, return time and mobile phone number. Each young person signs this notebook and records the mobile number of the referring facilitator. This number can be reached at any time. On these unaccompanied outing slots, animators ensure a presence at the various outing sites.

You are coming by car
From Nîmes, highway exit Gallargues, direction Le Grau du Roi/ Port-Camargue (left bank) by the D979, then follow the sign “Capitainerie”
From Montpellier, highway A709 exit Montpellier Est, direction Les Plages by the D66, then La Grande Motte/Le Grau du Roi by the D62 “Route de la Petite Camargue”, then follow the sign “Capitainerie”.
You are coming by train
The fastest: arrival by TGV at Nîmes station to take the TER to Grau du Roi (TER traffic is restricted on Sundays, allow one hour of travel). https://www.ter.sncf.com/occitanie
If you arrive in Montpellier Saint Roch: take tram 1 direction Odysseum to Station Place de France, then take bus line 606 stop Les Ecoles au Grau du Roi. Attention, on Sundays only 4 buses serve Grau du Roi: departures at 09:30am, 11:30am, 4:30pm and 6:30pm, allow one hour by bus.

When you arrive at Grau du Roi you can walk to the UCPA sports village along the seafront (about 30 minutes) or take a taxi (about 10 minutes). Taxi du Boucanet: 04 66 53 08 08
During school holidays: a shuttle bus is chartered by the UCPA on Sundays between Nîmes station and the center and on Saturday for the return to the station. Contact the sports village to find out the schedule and booking procedures (10 euros one way, 10 euros the return).
