Islands with a thousand faces

The Balearic archipelago is one of the autonomous communities of Spain and includes five main islands: Mallorca, Menorca, Cabrera, Ibiza and Formentera. While these are famous for their lively nights and idyllic beaches, they also have a nature of breathtaking beauty between mountains, canyons, pine, olive and orange forests, not to mention the creeks. The coastal natural heritage is also particularly remarkable and makes it a very popular place for divers. Numerous historical and prehistoric buildings and remains trace the history of the archipelago.
