Séjours colos 16-17 ans

Beginner or initiated, come and ride in the snowparks or off-trail! Freestyle skiing at UCPA is the guarantee of riding in the best spots while doing crazy tricks! The UCPA method is based on three main families: takeoffs, rotations and deformations. At first, the game consists of developing these families one by one. In a second step, they combine and mix.

À PROPOS DE L'ACTIVITÉ

Hollies, Nollies, rotations, grabs! On the slopes or in the snowpark, the UCPA snow school teaches you how to do tricks safely!

Matériel fourni

Skis, poles, helmet, back protector.

Type de session

Half-day or full-day, freestyle ski sessions start with a muscular warm-up and then join the slopes and snowparks. On some courses, video capture makes it possible to analyze the riding sessions at the end of the day.

Securité

Against shocks, it is advisable to wear protectors: helmet, back protector, shorts and wrist guards. Before any session, our UCPA instructors offer you a classic warm-up, joint by joint or by performing freestyle movements without skiing and then performing these same freestyle movements with ski in your feet.

Ratio d'encadrement

1 instructor for 12 trainees

Equipement personnel

A ski jacket and pants (choose loose, light, flexible, water-repellent, waterproof and breathable clothing)
Fleece fur or equivalent and/or a down jacket.
Technical, breathable undershirts.
A good pair of gloves and/or mittens
Ski socks.
